About the Coach

TNT Coaching is guided by a certified Physical Education and Health professional with experience supporting adults across a wide range of needs, abilities, and starting points.

My background in physical education and health shapes how this space is held. It means movement and wellness are approached with care, attention to safety, and respect for how different bodies and life circumstances show up.

I don’t believe people need to be fixed, pushed, or transformed.
I do believe people benefit from having someone walk alongside them, offering guidance when helpful, adjusting when life changes, and keeping expectations realistic.

This work is grounded in education, experience, and a steady belief that consistency grows best when people feel supported, informed, and safe.

My role here isn’t to lead from the front.

It’s to walk with you, share what I’ve learned, and help create a space where caring for your wellness feels more approachable and sustainable over time.
